If you have ever watched dancers on the floor dancing with fluidity and grace to slower music and wondered 'How do they do that?' then look no further than SILC and join Barry & Ella in this Intermediate Workshop.
SILC is specifically designed to enable Ceroc dancers to dance to much slower-tempo music. In this workshop, we explore using compression and tension techniques to give you the ability to control the speed of your dancing.
This workshop is a MUST for anyone looking to smooth out their dancing in general or wishing to be able to confidently dance to those slower freestyle tracks.
