'Core Connection'
This SILC workshop is a technique based session designed to level up your dancing, helping you to dance beautifully to slower and more lyrical music.
Part 1 will focus on the 4 basic techniques, so even if you've never tried it before, you'll leave with the skills to look great on any SILC dancefloor. If you have more experience with SILC, this will hone your fundamental techniques that underpin all your SILC dance moves.
Part 2 will focus on 'Core Connection' to give your dancing that unique fluidity that looks so seamless on the dancefloor!
Following this, there will be freestyle dancing until 6pm to all your favourite SILC tunes.
Ralli Hall is an iconic historic building with a large ballroom, fantastic floor, awesome sound-system, friendly crowd.
We really look forward to seeing lots of you for what will be a brilliant afternoon of dancing in a wonderful venue.

It’s perfectly situated 1 Minute from Hove Station with frequent direct trains providing easy access to London and East/West Sussex.
If you are driving, on Sundays you can park all afternoon at Hove Station for just £2.70!
