Venue description
Join us on Mondays for our social partner dance classes at CEROC BOLDON and learn to dance at the traditional Shack Social Club in Bolden Colliery. The large venue boasts a superb spacious wooden dance floor, Air conditioning and heating system, a separate space for our Beginners Review session, as well as brilliant lighting and sound systems.
The Shack team of Teacher Ruth Adamson, DJ Des Macleod and the fabulous Sam on the front desk, will offer you a warm welcome and make sure you have a fantastic night of dancing and socialising.
New members are welcome every week. Just turn up and join us on a Monday to learn this fun and sociable dance!

FINDING THE VENUE
Upon arrival to The Shack entering through the main entrance take the flight of stairs on your left to the upstairs function room through two sets of doors where you will be greeted by Sam at the front desk.
Situated nearby the A19 exit at the Testos roundabout and follow the directions below for the quickest route
Exit Testos Roundabout
Head east on Testos Roundabout towards Newcastle Rd/A184
Exit the roundabout onto Newcastle Rd/A184
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Abingdon Way/B1298
BUS
The Shack has amazing bus links, the nearest stop is at ASDA Boldon serviced by regular buses
5, 5A and 9 with buses running till after 11pm
PARKING
The Shack has plenty of onsite parking available to the rear of the building
