In this workshop we will be exploring cogadas. What is a colgada? It's a subtle counterbalance between leader and follower that will give your dancing the wow-factor.
Whether you are a seasoned dancer for whom colgadas have never quite worked, or brand new to tango and wanting to have fun with your learning, this workshop is for you!
We will be dispelling the myth that colgadas are tricky by starting from the beginning and working our way up, exploring the fundamental concepts and technique that make colgadas easy-peasy!!
Emphasis will, as always, be on good technique, strong fundamentals and having fun through learning.
Tea and coffee will be provided. Feel free to bring your own soft drinks and snacks.
