If you feel hesitant going into the Blues Room (Chill-out Room) at two-room freestyles or weekenders, never mind dancing in there, then this four-hour Blues Room Toolkit workshop is for you!
Divided into four one-hour sections, each part is designed to teach you the different skills you need to embrace dancing to slower tempo tracks with confidence.
If you are new to Blues or have been dancing to slower tempo tracks for a while, this workshop is perfect for you, as it will develop your connection, repertoire and technique, further enhancing your enjoyment and freedom to express yourself on the dance floor.
Part 1: Blues Fundamentals.
Part 2: Blues Room Repertoire.
Part 3: Stretch and ounterbalance, the OOH Factor!
Part 4: Bluesicality – you, your partner and the music.
