This core four-hour Intermediate Workshop focuses on learning key intermediate moves that will build up your repertoire and improve your technique and freestyle.
All the moves are infinitely freestyleable, and ladies, easy to follow. They will add depth and variety to your dancing, plus, we will also be focusing on Connection and Lead & Follow to make sure men are leading effectively and that the ladies follow rather than anticipate.
At the end of this workshop you will have some fabulous moves in your repertoire for freestyle and find that the intermediate class becomes much less daunting.
You can book this workshop with, or without, a partner and we take care of the gender balance. We will rotate dancers but if you would prefer to stay as a fixed couple please let us know on the day.

£30 per person, book online in advance only.
Please arrive at 10:15am so you can check in and prepare before we start at 10:30am
You may wish to bring a packed lunch or there is a shop next door. Please bring bottled water to stay hydrated.

Spondon Village Hall is situated on the west side of Derby and is 4.5 miles from junction 25 of the M1.
From the M1 J 25 head southwest on Brian Clough Way/A52 for 4.6 miles
Take the exit toward Chaddesden/Spondon 0.2 miles
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Derby Rd/A6005
Continue to follow the A6005
Go through one roundabout
Turn left onto Willowcroft Roadd/A6096 0.4 miles
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Sitwell Street A6096
Spondon Village Hall is on the left
Drive into the car park and find a suitable parking spot. There is an large overflow car park at the rear of the venue.
