SILC is a ground-breaking new dance syllabus dedicated to a vast and eclectic range of slow-tempo, contemporary music. At Foundation & Improvers level, you'll learn how to create a perfect SILC connection, stretch, SILC techniques & movement and how to build up more challenging combinations in this unique dance style.
