A 4 hour workshop split into 3 lessons.
Lesson 1 - Fin tune, build and discover connection to help increase connected movements.
2 - Create momentum, travel, incorporte a range of movements and experiment with dynamic oppurtunities.
3 - Consolidate previous learning with added pause, poise, musicality and play moments.
