Event description
Our Beginner Workshops is designed for those with very little or no dance experience and gives you a fast track into freestyle.
You will learn a selection of beginner moves & how to link them together so you can 'freestyle' your way through a dance.
You can attend Beginner 1 & Beginner 2 workshops in either order (or just attend one and pick up the rest of the moves in Ceroc classes).
While it is possible to learn the whole of the Ceroc Beginner Syllabus by attending both Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 sessions, either in one day or on different days, we recommend also attending Ceroc class nights to really bed those techniques into your muscle memory.
This workshop is also an ideal way for experienced dancers to refresh your fundamental techniques.
There will be short breaks (tea, coffee, juice and biscuits are provided)

In Nottingham follow signs to Nottingham Racecourse and continue past it on Daleside Road East (A612). At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Vale Road. The Colwick Community Centre is on your right after 100 yards. Turn right into the car park.
