Event description
The session focuses on how connection is created, maintained, and refined through body tone, frame, and movement control. You’ll explore how small changes in posture, timing, and intention can dramatically improve communication between partners, resulting in smoother, more responsive dancing.
Rather than learning lots of new patterns, this workshop concentrates on improving the quality of what you already dance. You’ll work on controlling momentum, managing transitions, and developing clearer lead and follow signals that feel comfortable and predictable for both partners.
Ideal if you:
● Are dancing comfortably at intermediate level or above
● Want to feel more in control without becoming rigid
● Are looking to improve connection across different partners

This venue is outside of the Congestion Charge zone but it is inside the newly expanded ULEZ zone.
Some public street parking is available outside and nearby. Public roads in this area have no restrictions on a Sunday but always check local signage to confirm.
