Moving on to learn new core disciplines. Shadowing, using frame and core to lead and a stronger emphasis on ladies follow techniques.
Then learning 6 of the newer PROGRESSIVE style based moves. SILC is the new smooth slotted dance style with an emphasis on musicality, technique & connection.
