Event description
This Beginners Workshop is designed for people with very little or even no dance experience and gives you a fast track into freestyle.
It's also a great way to get back into Ceroc if you need to refresh as you have not danced for a while.
We teach you to dance all 12 beginners moves in this workshop, and as well as the moves, you will also learn how to link them together so you can freestyle (dance) to music. We will teach you the Ceroc fundamentals, all 12 beginners moves, how to link moves together, turning, spinning and oodles of freestyle techniques.
This Workshop gives you the equivalent experience of 6 - 8 classes.
We recommend this workshop for all beginners as it will ensure you develop good technique.
Arrive at 10:15am and you'll have time to check in before we start.
Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided on site, but you might want to bring some snacks to keep you going!

Travel & Parking information
Take the A428 Bedford Road east out of Northampton.
Turn RIGHT into Great Houghton. Follow the Hight Street through the village.
At the end of the village turn LEFT into Leys Lane as the road bears to the right
There is a sign to the Village Hall on your LEFT
Immediately on your left is the entrance to the Village Hall car park with yellow gate posts.
The car park is to the side of the hall which is actually called the 'Parsons Memorial Hall'
The entrance to the hall is through the door at the front of the building over looking the cricket fields.
