In this workshop we are focussing on developing the connection you create with your partner allowing you to dance more together using the body, momentum and intention.
Understand the techniques used to create an effortless dance and as leads, how to lead your partner using preparations and intentions and as a follow to utilise your posture and frame to be ultra-responsive to the signals you receive from the lead.
We will also be looking into how to include smooth head and body movements into your dance repertoire.
Book for yourself or come as a couple - we rotate during the workshop to help you learn!
