To get warmed up for the action or just to start your weekend off on the right foot, meet up with everyone at the Barry Memorial Hall on Friday night. As everyone descends on Wales, the freestyle is a great chance to catch up with friends from around the country and dance with some new acquaintances....or maybe some last minute practice!
