We are pleased to announce we have secured the use of Cotgrave Welfare for our New Year's Eve Party.
The venue has a large sprung dance floor, surrounded by plenty of space for tables and chairs. There is a licensed bar, lots of parking and the room has air conditioning.
The party will be from 8pm until 12:30am on New Year's Day.
There are still concerns about COVID safety, hygiene, etc. so we will not be having a full buffet this year. We will be providing some individually wrapped energy snacks (think penguin biscuits or similar, small cakes, bananas). You may bring your own food but not your own drink as it's a licensed bar.
Celebratory sparkling wine/prosecco is available for purchase from the bar, champagne must be pre-ordered, so please let us know

Travel & Parking information
Cotgrave is located within the "triangle" formed by the A52 to the north, the A46 to the West and the A606 to the South. Put "Cotgrave Welfare Scheme NG12 3PJ" into your SatNav and you should find it easily. Like so many similar halls it is located within a housing estate so please be quiet when you leave the hall late at night.
There is a sizeable car park.
