The Speedwell Rooms, Staveley has a large hall with a proper sprung dance floor and is in regular use for ballroom and social sequence dancing. There is a licensed bar and plenty of on-site parking. It's also only 5 minutes from Junction 29a of the M1, which means the venue is typically not more than an hours drive from all the major urban areas around (Doncaster, Sheffield, Nottingham, Newark, Lincoln, Leicester)

Tickets are £10, available in advance online or on the door.
We offer a discounted price of £9 if you purchase a ticket while attending one of our class nights. To qualify for the discounted price you must pay for the ticket at the time of reservation, otherwise the standard price will apply.

Travel & Parking information
5 minutes from Junction 29a of the M1. Follow the signs to Staveley A6192 along Erin Road, turning left into Cemetery Lane after just under 2 miles. At the end of Cemetery Lane turn Right onto Inkersall Road, and the car park is about 100 yards on the left, just before you reach the Speedwell Rooms. (You will see the sign for the car park and also Staveley Miners Welfare FC ground at the back of the car park.) The entry to the Rooms is on Inkersall Road.
