Event description
All aboard! The Buckingham Soul Train pulls into Buckingham Community Centre on Saturday, 1st August, for a night of classic grooves. Soul Train theme nights are Soul-, Motown-, and Disco-inspired dance events with an energetic, up-tempo vibe from the first track to the last.
Expect the very best of Motown & Soul, Disco, Club Classics and 80s/90s Pop — the music that lit up the charts and never left the dance floor. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or simply love to move, this is a night built for letting loose.
Doors open at 7:45pm, with dancing from 8:00pm until midnight. Entry is £12, payable on the door in cash or card, and complimentary refreshments are served throughout the evening. DJ for the night is Marc Forster

DRIVING
Follow signs from Buckingham High Street into Cornwalls Meadows, where the town's central car park is situated. The venue is on the right-hand side as you drive past. You will see the orange banner at the main entrance.
PARKING
Cornwalls Meadows is the central car park for Buckingham town. Please be aware there are disabled bays alongside the centre that you may wish to avoid. There are no charges applicable after 5 pm.
FINDING THE ENTRANCE
Walking up from the car park, head past Waitrose on your left. The Community Centre is the building on your right. Once you reach the main entrance to Waitrose, curl around by the notice boards to access the main entrance.
