Sunday afternoon indulgence at its very best....
The best music including Chillout, Funk, R&B and Soul.
The best cakes homemade by the 'Bake Off Gods and Goddesses of Wales'.
The Lysaght Institute is set in 8 acres and has a Ballroom with a beautiful sprung maple wood floor giving an ambient atmosphere.
In all a combination that attracts the best dancers from the Vale, the Valleys and beyond....

Event summary
Dancers cannot ignore the subtle blend of music, an opulent Ballroom and cakes, that is Flava.
Event timing and prices
The cost is £9.00. and the event starts at 2.30pm till 6.00pm. Afterwards join the team for a very reasonably priced Carvery at Blaina Wharf, across the road.
NOTE for those travelling from over the bridge with three or more people in the car, you get your bridge fee refunded (keep the receipt!!!!)
