Venue description
Lovely bright airy room with air conditioning and a sprung dance floor
Sunday afternoons will be a bit more chilled than our other freestyles, Carol will teach a smooth/silc class which will then be followed by some awesome music that Roberts plays for your dancing enjoyment.
There isn't a bar at this venue so we do have a small selection of soft drinks and bottled water for sale for £1 but also we offer teas/coffees after the classes, if you bring your own cup/mug then this is free of charge, if we provide a disposable cup there is a small charge of 50p.

Travel and parking information
Easily accessible from the A47 Southern Bypass
From the A47 come off at Longwater/Dereham Road A1074 junction and head into Norwich on the A1074, the first set of traffic lights at Roundwell Medical Centre, turn left onto Longwater Lane, follow the road down and you will come to The Costessey Centre on your left opposite Taverham Vets. The Costessey Centre has a large free car park.
From Norwich travel along Dereham Road heading out of the City heading West bound towards Dereham, at the traffic lights at Roundwell Medical Centre turn right onto Longwater Lane and follow the road down to The Costessey Centre.
