Venue description
At Ceroc Addiction Shrewsbury, dancing is fun, friendly, and all about connection. Our classes are relaxed, welcoming, and designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Whether it’s your first ever class or you’re returning after a break.
You don’t need a partner to join us. Come on your own, meet new people, dance with a wide mix of partners, and enjoy a genuinely social atmosphere both on and off the dance floor. With freestyles, social events, and a growing community, Shrewsbury is about more than just learning steps — it’s about belonging.
Classes are led by Matthew, a fully qualified Ceroc teacher, multi-time competition finalist, and medal winner, supported by a friendly and experienced crew who’ll help you every step of the way.

Travel and parking information
Travelling by Car:
Shrewsbury is served by the A5 ring road. The closest exit to the venue is the A458 Wenlock Road. Traffic is typically light in the evenings. The venue is in a residential area and has dedicated free parking for about 20 cars. There is also street parking available
Public Transport:
The No17 bus service operated by Arriva bus runs from the Railway Station. Alight at Huxley Close which is about 5 minutes walk to the venue. IMPORTANT NOTE: St Giles Church and St Giles Church Hall are about a mile apart. The bus passes the church en route, Huxley drive is 2 stops further.
Shrewsbury Railway Station is 7 minutes by taxi from the venue. Trains arrive and depart for Wales, the Midlands, Cheshire and Shropshire. There is a bus stop very near the Station.
