Venue description
In Milnathort, we hold a FOCUS class at our regular Monthly class nights (usually) on the first Friday of the month.
We focus on one move and go over the technique required to perfect your leading and following of the move, then we teach two or three variations of the move.
This half hour class is then followed by a two and a half hour freestyle.
