What is Ceroc?
Ceroc is a fun, social partner dance that blends the best bits from a variety of styles – think smooth like Salsa, stylish like West Coast Swing, and as easy to pick up as a night out with friends.
It’s designed for real people, not just “dancers”. You’ll learn moves you can use straight away, meet friendly faces, and enjoy a night out that’s good for your body, brain, and mood.
what happens at a beginner welcome evening?
We’ve designed the evening to make your first visit relaxed, sociable, and confidence-boosting:
- A warm welcome – Arrive early for a friendly chat with our crew who’ll explain how the night works, introduce you to a few people, and answer any questions.
- Your very first class – Our expert teacher will take you step-by-step through the basics. You’ll meet lots of people and quickly feel at home.
- Social time – After your first class, have a dance, mingle, and enjoy the music. Many venues have WhatsApp groups so you can keep in touch and arrange to come back together.
- Second practice class – Join our friendly crew as they recap the moves in a more relaxed and social environment, ask them loads of questions and cement the moves into your muscle memory!
