Equipment
- High Ball/Tumbler Glass
- Martini Glass
- Ice Cubes
- Crushed Ice (if available)
- Shaker (Or a Spill Proof Mug/Flask)
- Muddler (Or a wooden spoon)
- Spoon
- Strainer/Sieve (Mini tea sieve is only £2 from Morrisons)
Cocktail 1
- Orange Juice
- Cranberry Juice
- Vodka
- Peach Schnapps (Archers)
- Grenadine (Optional)
Cocktail 2
- Mint Leaves
- Fresh Lime
- Sugar Syrup (or Just Plain Sugar)
- White Rum
- Soda Water
Cocktail 3
- Vanilla Vodka (Can use normal vodka as a substitute)
- Passoa (Passionfruit liqueur)
- Fresh Lemon/Lime
- Sugar Syrup
- 3 - 4 Fresh Passionfruits (Can be subbed with Fresh Passionfruit Juice)
- Prosecco
- T-shirt or tops made of stretchy cotton type material AND/OR stretchy leggings (if the material is not stretchy this WILL NOT WORK!)
- Scissors
DIY Upcycle for MIST 2
Safety First! Goggles are recommended when cutting wood.
Essential tools
- Hand saw/chop saw/jigsaw
- Screwdriver/drill
- Hammer
- Pencil
- Tape measure
- Sandpaper or sander
- Paintbrush or sponge
Materials needed
- Pallet wood (2 pallets approx)
- 50x Screws 25mm in length
- 10x Screws 60mm in length
- Varnish or wood finish
Space needed
- Area of about 2m square and easy to clean up at the end of the class
- A space with plenty of light to see what you are cutting.
Please have these ingredients ready, or similar alternatives:
- Vegan Butter/margarine
- Golden caster sugar
- Icing sugar
- All-purpose flour
- Vanilla essence
- Cocoa powder
- Soya milk
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Light Olive Oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Bicarbonate of soda
- Vegan chocolate drops/buttons
- Raspberry jam
- Raspberries for decorating
- Feather Boa or long scarf
- Gloves
Please find yourself a quiet place, and be warm and comfortable; either upright or reclining is fine. Cosy lighting will add to your relaxing, or keep things brighter if you want to feel active/awake afterwards!
Participants will need:
- Comfortable clothing, easy to move in.
- Yoga mat or be in a carpeted room, for comfort to the body.
- Water to keep hydrated, (may also use as a tool during the mindful experience).
- Blanket or dressing gown for warmth during the seated meditation at the end.
- Hula Hoop (weighted or normal)

Chicken paprika with gnocchi and soured cream (serves 4)
IMPORTANT! Ingredients need to be prepared and measured out, will not have time to chop and prepare them!
Tools and utensils
- Mixing bowl
- Pan with a lid if possible
- Deep pot
- Colander for straining gnocchi
FOR THE CHICKEN PAPRIKA:
- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks or mixed
- 500 grams chicken breast (whole)
- 2 large onions (chopped small)
- 1 medium tomato (sliced)
- 1 red or yellow pepper (sliced)
- 2 tsp paprika powder (mild)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 stock cube (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300ml soured cream
- 2 heaped tbs of plain flour
- 100ml water
FOR THE GNOCCHI:
- 400 grams plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 300ml water
TO SERVE:
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 100ml soured cream
