Our regular authentic FREE Shalford class night and freestyle delivered virtually to your home every Sunday on Zoom and Facebook. I know it's hard to be without our dancing, but at least this way we can come together and have a singalong and/or dance. It would be lovely to see you!

7:15 pm Sheila and the crew welcome you and all have a chat/iron out any technical problems.
7:30 pm Emma and her wonderfully talented dancing family deliver a beginners class
8:15 pm Emma and G lead us through an intermediate class
8:45 pm DJ Lancey gives us tunes to dance to, to sing to and to chat to!
9;45 pm Chatting time - catch up on our week over a cup of what you love
