Venue description
Sunday Afternoon Delight 2 room tea dances have earned a solid reputation as a must go to event & we think you will love it here too.
There's plenty of space to sit down & relax in the free cafe. Help yourself to a selection of homemade sandwiches, cut fruit, hot pizza, squash, tea & coffee plus cake.
We recognise that good music is the beating heart of your afternoon. Expect to hear the most excellent prime cuts of pop, chart, funk, latin, soul & swing. We transition smoothly through the genres towards the inevitable climax.
Blues room timetable
2:00 -2:30 - Tango Blues class
2:30 - 3:30 - Smooth Tango & Latin
3:30 - 5:00 - RnB Chill out
5:00 - 6:00 - Blues

Travel and parking information
Finding Northchurch is easy as it is minutes away from the A41 linking the M25 to Aylesbury.
Aside from the central car park, we do have an overflow car park behind the venue. There's a slip road off to the left as you pull into the social centre car park. Follow the path up, and right next to the social centre you will find the St Johns ambulance car park on the right-hand side.
Please keep the slip road leading to St Johns Ambulance clear of traffic. It's essential we don't park in front of residents driveways or block the path of ambulances.
There is ample street parking, however, be aware there are a few one-way streets close by. The venue map should help.
